Black Recruiters Network (BRN) was born out of the 2020 global racial-equality movement. We are a London-based, community-led organization. Dedicated to empowering Black professionals across the Recruitment & Talent landscape through visibility, safe spaces, and career-long advocacy. By challenging systemic biases and championing representation, we exist to serve, develop, and elevate our members globally.
