Business Launchpad (BLP) is a London-based charity that supports young people aged 18–30, particularly those who are not currently in education, employment or training (NEET), to develop the skills, confidence and opportunities needed to succeed in entrepreneurship and employment. Through free programmes, one-to-one coaching, workshops, mentoring and real-world work experience, BLP helps aspiring entrepreneurs turn their ideas into sustainable businesses while building essential employability skills, including communication, teamwork, leadership and problem-solving. Its mission is to transform young lives through enterprise, creating pathways to economic independence, career success and personal growth, and empowering young people from all backgrounds to build enterprising futures and become the next generation of leaders.
