EMERGE is a cross-industry community of Black led Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) working together to amplify visibility, drive equity and build lasting impact beyond Black History Month. We unite ERG leaders and members to collaborate, share best practices and create community driven initiatives that support Black professionals across sectors. From flagship events and mentoring to external outreach and recognition, EMERGE is where individual ERGs merge into a powerful, united movement - built to uplift, empower and sustain year-round progress.
