EMERGE (The ERG Community) is a cross-industry collective of race diversity and Black employee networks. We unite ERG leaders and members to collaborate, share best practices, and create initiatives that drive meaningful change for Black professionals across sectors. Our current membership expands across most industries and exceeds over 150 corporations and over 500 ERG leads and chairs. From flagship events like Behind The Smile: Sickle Cell at Work at Google HQ to starting a podcast with Spotify called Behind The ERG to mentoring programmes and external outreach, EMERGE is where individual ERGs merge into a powerful, united movement, built to uplift, empower, and sustain year-round progress.
