Real Estate Balance was formed in 2015 by seven senior and successful women to address gender imbalance at senior levels in real estate businesses. Since then, we have expanded our focus to address underrepresentation when it comes to ethnicities and social backgrounds in our industry.
We work with industry leaders and senior leadership teams, supporting them in driving cultural change and identifying best practice which we can share across our membership, contributing to the enhanced performance of the industry as a whole.
