Urban Synergy is a youth empowerment and social mobility charity founded in 2007 to address the growing number of economically inactive young people in the UK. Having supported over 43,000 young people, our mission is to empower 50,000 by 2027. We connect young people with relatable role models, mentoring, and real work experience in leading organisations including LSEG, Goldman Sachs, Salesforce and WTW. Through sustained support from school into careers, we turn barriers into bridges and potential into profession.
