PANEL: How to scale businesses without losing what made it work in the first place

Theater 1
Hitting a big milestone isn't always what you thought it would be. You finally reach the pinnacle, but then the goals get bigger, the audience gets bigger, and there's more riding on every decision. What carries a business past that point isn't the same thing that got it off the ground. For Black women building businesses that are meant to last, the challenge is holding onto your own definition of success before other people try to rewrite it, drawing on purpose, faith and grit to navigate the harder stretches, and backing yourself when doubt creeps in. This session asks Black female founders how they're building bigger, better businesses, without losing what made it work, or who they are, in the process.
