Being good at your job only gets you so far. For many Black men trying to move up, the harder challenge isn't competence, it's visibility. The skills that get you hired aren't always the ones that get you promoted, and being seen as essential to a team can just as easily keep you exactly where you are. This session looks at how to build real visibility around your work, how to carve out space for leadership and community advocacy without losing ground in your own career, and what it takes to make your value clear in the rooms where decisions get made.
