Black Apprentice Network is all about connecting diverse, underrepresented talent with top employers through apprenticeship and early-career opportunities. Started by Elijah, Kwesi and Rubin, who are either current ot former apprentices, who are really into increasing Black African and Caribbean representation in the workforce, BAN has grown into a thriving community of over 5,000 members. The network provides essential resources like mentorship, resume workshops, and interview prep to help candidates navigate the competitive job market.
