Energyz Black is a first and largest network championing Black excellence within the energy and sustainability sectors. Since its 2024 inception, the organization has scaled to a powerful network of 700+ professionals and students, launching a landmark Scottish chapter in 2025 and earning “Highly Commendable” honors at the 2025 Energy Storage Awards. Through its core frameworks Get Hired (Job support), Swift (technical capacity building), Collab Quest (strategic networking), and the Energize Mentorship Club, Energyz Black bridges the “broken pipeline” between emerging talent and industry leadership. Driving the digital frontier, they recently debuted Energyzer AI, the UK’s first GenAI career advisor for sustainability professionals.
