AFiUK is a multi-award-winning organisation turning lived experience into leadership through its pioneering Community Ambassador Model. AFiUK empowers migrants, mothers, youth, and marginalised voices to drive systemic change in education, health, and civic life. Our Ambassadors—described as the UK’s greatest untapped resource—combine cultural, local, and religious knowledge with professional skills to bridge communities and institutions. Recognised with the King’s Award for Voluntary Service, AFiUK has trained 100+ leaders, co-produced NHS training films ‘It is OK to Ask’, and co-founded with Firstsite groundbreaking initiatives and co-curated Super Black Exhibition.
