Founded in South London, we work alongside schools, local authorities, businesses and communities to create opportunities, strengthen belonging and address the structural barriers affecting young people.

Our work combines frontline delivery with consultancy, workforce development and strategic partnerships, ensuring lived experience informs better systems and investment.

From Mentivity House, our dedicated third space in Southwark, to partnerships across London and beyond, we are building stronger pathways from childhood to education, employment, leadership and opportunity.
