Consulting Director, EYDwight joined EY in 2013 and is currently a Director within Consulting, with over 20 years' experience of working with senior leaders and top teams across the UK, Europe, Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and the US. In his role, Dwight leads organisational and leadership development workstreams across multiple sectors for EYLane4, including government, policing and professional services.Dwight has a BA (Hons) in Retail Marketing and an MA (Hons) in Strategic HR Development. He is also an accredited executive coach and mentor (ILM Level 7) and was a Welsh Athletics'International.Dwight is married and a proud father of two boys, enjoys watching football and spends his time with his local church community.
