Senior Workplace Proposition Manager, Standard Life Femi joined Standard Life as a senior workplace proposition manager in 2023. As part of his role, he is responsible for evolving the workplace investment proposition ensuring that the wider workplace products continue to develop and do so equitably. As an advocate of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Femi has delivered consultancy services to several employers. He was recently appointed as Standard Life's Master Trust DEI Lead, providing insight into all things DEI related. After winning best panellist at the Great Debate Tour in Parliament in 2017, Femi created a social enterprise mentoring programme, Career Now, to help underrepresented students kickstart their careers.
