Imani Clough-Brown is an ICF, ACC accredited coach, facilitator, and social entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in social justice and youth leadership. She supports purpose-driven individuals and groups to find alignment in their personal and professional lives. Her coaching practice, Align, Don't Hustle, was born out of her own journey of slowing down and reconnecting with her body's wisdom after burnout and redundancy in 2020. Imani previously led her own youth development consultancy, Imani Academy & Co, and holds extensive experience in movement-building, facilitation, and leadership development. Now, as a new mother, she's more committed than ever to supporting others to live and work in a way that honours their values, energy, and capacity. Her work blends somatic practice, coaching, and deep listening to help people move from hustle to alignment-and create meaningful impact without sacrificing wellbeing.
