Global Executive DE&I Assistant Director, EYNerima has over 10 years' of experience in professional services ' specialising in DE&I ' and is currently leading the implementation of the DE&I strategy across EY. Through her role, Nerima collaborates with executive leaders to create environments where diversity is respected, celebrated and appreciated.Originally from Mombasa in Kenya, Nerima moved to the UK at age 11. With no immediate role models, and inspired by her family's history and stories, she set out on her journey into HR within professional services and has since built a meaningful career and celebrated personal success. These include being featured on the Global Diversity List in 2021 and receiving a European Diversity Award for her work in DE&I.Nerima is also part of the EY Black Community committee and leads initiatives to foster a culture of belonging.
