Regional Director for London and the South and Interim Head of Small Business Banking UK, HSBC UKPhillip joined HSBC in 2014 and took up his current role in December 2023. In his role, Phillip is responsible for leading a team of banking professionals that support business customers and communities across London and the South of England. Philip has held multiple roles in his time at HSBC including most recently being the Head of Lending for HSBC's Global Business Banking division.Prior to joining HSBC, Phillip supported clients at NatWest Bank and The Royal Bank of Scotland Group. His career experience includes risk management, relationship management, small business support and corporate turnaround. Outside of HSBC, Phillip is the Chair of the board of governors at Heartlands High School in North-East London.Phillip holds a bachelor's degree in physics and Sport Sciences from Loughborough University, and a diploma in Treasury Management from the Association Corporate Treasurers.
