Professional Hiring Team Lead, bpI have worked in Talent focussed roles for over 15 years, from the recruitment and development of students and graduates through to my current role as a Professional Hiring Team Lead at bp. In addition to the over-arching aim to attract and recruit top talent into the organisation, I am passionate about the experiences that we provide to candidates and those who are hiring along the way ' particularly when it comes to consistency and fairness in process. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is very much at the heart of this endeavour, and I have been proud to develop and lead on numerous programmes and initiatives to support this through my career.Outside of work I am a busy mum of 2 young boys and whether with them (or without!) love to swim, travel and try new foods.
