Sophie Marie Bennett is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur, business mentor, speaker and strategist. She is the founder of Black Owned Birmingham CIC-the region's largest Black business and community network-and The SHEO Chamber, a dynamic hub for women in business. With over a decade of experience and deep commitment to championing Black communities and empowering women to succeed, Sophie has supported hundreds of individuals through mentoring, workshops, and business resources. As a speaker, Sophie has delivered talks across the UK, sharing her entrepreneurial journey and insights on visibility, impact, and economic empowerment. Named Birmingham City University's Alumna of the Year 2025 and the face of its "Look At Me Now" campaign, she also sits on several advisory boards including West Bromwich Albion Foundation. A proud mum of three daughters, Sophie is passionate about showing that success doesn't have to come at the cost of your wellbeing.
