In her current role as DEI Program Manager for EMEA Talent Acquisition at Amazon, Taylor is responsible for embedding DEI strategy and programs at the core of the company's recruitment workflows. Concurrently, she serves as Vice President of the Black Employee Network UK Operations chapter, supporting all sites across the UK & Ireland in ensuring members feel seen, heard and valued.
