Abigail Kwao
Abigail Kwao is a Vice President within BlackRock’s EMEA Digital Wealth Sales team, based in London. Shel is responsible for driving strategy, sales, and investment partnerships with leading D2C platforms and digital wealth providers across the UK. Since joining the Digital Wealth team, Abigail has played a central role in expanding BlackRock’s UK digital wealth business, including pioneering the development of its retail retirement strategy and the execution of flagship partnerships with major neobanks and brokers. Beyond her client-facing role, Abigail is a founding member of BlackRock’s EMEA Black Professional Network, championing diversity and inclusion across the firm. She holds a BSc in Finance, Accounting and Management from the University of Nottingham, the Investment Management Certificate (IMC), and the Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Pensions and Retirement Planning.
