Ade is the Founder of Cerculate, a career and leadership consultancy helping ambitious professionals take greater ownership of their careers and organisations unlock the potential of their people. Alongside building Cerculate, Ade has spent more than 15 years leading complex transformation across major organisations. His career includes senior roles at technology companies such as Meta and eBay, and he now leads integration work at a circular-fashion marketplace. As a strategic leadership coach and corporate adviser, Ade has coached mid- and senior-level professionals, advised FTSE 100 organisations and contributed to advisory boards focused on equity and workplace culture. He also holds an Executive MBA from Warwick Business School.
