I am a Senior Business Analysis Manager at Capita Public Service, where I lead strategic programmes that transform service delivery for public sector clients. My core responsibilities include:

  • Driving business transformation through data-driven analysis, process optimisation, and technology adoption.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget, ensuring measurable outcomes for clients and communities.
  • Stakeholder engagement and governance, aligning business objectives with technology solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Championing innovation, introducing tools and methodologies that enhance operational performance and support digital transformation.

Key achievements in this role include:

  • Successfully delivering multi-million-pound transformation projects that improved service efficiency and reduced operational costs.
  • Implementing data analytics frameworks that enabled evidence-based decision-making across critical programmes.
  • Leading initiatives that improved customer satisfaction scores and compliance standards, ensuring sustainable impact.

Beyond my core role, I am passionate about equity, inclusion, and diversity. I co-founded the Black Employee Network (BEN) within Capita, which is currently in its 6th year now and have served as its Chair for 3 years, shaping its vision and strategy. Under my leadership, BEN has become a catalyst for cultural change and professional development.

Highlights of my work in this space include:

  • Establishing BEN as a strategic partner in shaping organisational inclusion policies.
  • Delivering impactful Black History Month campaigns, engaging thousands of employees and fostering cultural awareness.
  • Launching mentoring and career development programmes to support underrepresented talent.
  • Driving recognition initiatives and awards that celebrate Black excellence and amplify diverse voices.

Through these efforts, BEN has helped embed inclusion into the organisation’s DNA, creating pathways for future leaders and ensuring diversity remains a business priority.

I believe representation matters not only in shaping innovation but in building a tech industry that reflects the society it serves.

  • Creative Director of RM Luxury Ltd: By combining my analytical expertise with my entrepreneurial spirit, I have established a thriving e-commerce business featuring my unique sunglasses brand, ADERIYIKE.
