Adrian is a transformative technologist with over 25 years of experience pioneering impactful data and analytics solutions for leading financial institutions. He currently leads Data Platform & Market Data Technology for JP Morgan Asset Management, an $11 billion revenue division within one of the world’s largest banks. In this role, Adrian is responsible for modernizing his organisation’s data platform environment to support the business strategy.

Adrian’s visionary leadership has enabled teams to leverage data for advanced insights and automation, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency, through several industry-leading solutions. 

Since joining J.P. Morgan Chase, Adrian has transformed a Client Reporting platform resulting in his business line’s first #1 Industry ranking. He ran Global Internal Analytics Technology for a Commercial & Investment Banking division, building a new team and analytics platform that drove substantial profit, grew to over a thousand users, and scaled to another division. Further accomplishments include pioneering the integration of the 1st  near real-time Machine Learning solution for his division that led to an improved Operations process. More recently, Adrian architected an AI-enhanced market data pipeline that led to a 98% time saves for his business area.

Adrian is sits on the JP Morgan London Technology Centre Leadership team as Modernisation Lead where he is responsible for supporting local technology advancement and skills uplift. He is also a member of the Asset Management AIML Tech Leadership team that helps shape the AIML technology strategy.

Prior to joining JP Morgan, Adrian served as a Director at Bank of America for eight years, where he led several functions, including a Global Markets Analytics strategy and data platform. Under his leadership, the platform grew from approximately 40 regional users to several hundred global users.

Adrian has been an outstanding champion for the advancement of underrepresented talent across Technology. For example, previously he launched a JP Morgan internal Technology Development Program where senior leaders supported the career progression of diverse top-talent employees. The program led to improved career growth and supported the promotion of several staff into senior positions.

Adrian has supported the education and development of underrepresented tech talent through a range of initiatives. These include inspiring school students to pursue tech careers, participating as a panellist in events such as ‘Trailblazers in Tech’ and ‘Innovation and AI’ at UK Black Business Week, and organizing events and partnerships with external organizations suach as Everywoman in Tech and Black Girls In Tech.
