Four years ago, Afolabi Coker made the leap from professional football into property development, an industry he knew little about. Leaving behind the structure of professional sport, he had to start from scratch, building credibility from the ground up. He committed himself to understanding the property market, learning to spot and assess opportunities, and surrounding himself with the right people. Through networking, hands-on experience and a willingness to keep learning, he built the confidence to take on his own projects. In three and a half years, this approach has helped him secure six property deals, including a standout project in Maida Vale that generated £150,000 profit, proof of what the right strategy, relationships and execution can achieve.
