Agbolade is the Founder of FO Perspectives, an early careers talent attraction and career development organisation helping young people access opportunities and supporting employers to attract and recruit diverse early-career talent. Agbolade has grown a community of 20,000 young people, partnering with schools, universities and leading employers including Barclays, Accenture, Aon and Beazley. Through FO Perspectives’ programmes, events and career development initiatives, hundreds of young people have been supported into internships and graduate roles. Agbolade built his own career across asset management, insurance and strategy consulting, with experience at organisations including Wellington Management and Accenture. He is passionate about helping the next generation understand how to navigate the changing world of work, build career capital and create opportunities for themselves.
