Alex Cole is a venture builder, ecosystem architect, and one of the UK’s most committed voices for inclusive entrepreneurship. As CEO of TIN Ventures and Founder of the Inclusive Innovation Catalyst and its accompanying Venture Studio, Alex has built pioneering infrastructure that takes underrepresented founders from early idea through to investment-ready growth, combining a milestone-gated development methodology with its own bespoke capital instruments. Beyond the boardroom, Alex serves as NED and Board Trustee at Brixton House theatre and cultural arts centre, Chair of the GBCC Black Business Collective, and Chair Designate of the Black Enterprise Network (AskBEN).
