Alex is a Senior Relationship Manager within the Venture & Growth team at HSBC Innovation Banking, where he covers enterprise software B2B clients from Series A through to pre-IPO stage. With nearly ten years' experience spanning HSBC, Citi and Barclays, he has built a track record of originating new-to-bank relationships and leading debt facilities of up to $80m, supporting high-growth technology businesses through their scaling journey. Outside of banking, Alex is a Trustee at Bridging Barriers, a social mobility charity, and a School Governor at his former secondary school in East London, reflecting his long-standing commitment to mentoring young people from underrepresented backgrounds. He also chairs HSBC Innovation Banking's Racial Equity Employee Resource Group. An avid distance runner, he has completed the London Marathon two years running and recorded a personal best of 3:16 in Frankfurt.
