Under her strategic guidance, March Muses has steadily grown since 2019, recently securing a £50k investment on BBC Dragons’ Den from Deborah Meaden and Peter Jones.  The brand is currently listed in Selfridges, Liberty, and Royal Albert Hall, with an impressive nationwide licensing deal with Tesco to stock diverse designs year-round. 

Alison combines her extensive global recruitment expertise in the pharmaceutical industry with a deep commitment to fostering strategy, inclusion, and empowerment. With over a decade of experience, she has been instrumental in shaping diverse teams and driving innovative strategies that meet the evolving needs of the pharmaceutical sector.
