Amara Lalemi-Jacobs is the Vice President and a Strategist on the Sustainable Investment Team, where she is responsible for implementing the firm's sustainable investment strategy, solutions, and product innovation in EMEA. In collaboration with distribution and product teams, she utilizes extensive data and research capabilities, proprietary technology, and ESG expertise to deliver sustainable solutions to clients.

An employee since 2017, Amara was previously part of the JPMorgan Corporate Analyst Development Programme, completing four different rotations across the organization, including roles within the CIB, Technology, and AM teams. She holds an MSci in Natural Science from the University of Nottingham.

Amara is also the founder of SCI4US, a science charity dedicated to providing STEM activities to underrepresented groups. The charity has delivered over 1,000 STEM activities to children across the country and has won a series of awards for its impactful work.

Amara is a recipient of the BWAM 40 Under 40 award in Sustainable Investing and the BTA Social Good Award.
