Amarachi Anogwi is a celebrated Service Delivery Lead at Capgemini whose journey into tech is as inspiring as it is unconventional.A former teacher and mother of four, Amarachi discovered programming while facing extraordinary adversity. With no formal STEM background and self-confessed struggles in mathematics, she retrained and joined Capgemini as a Software Engineer in 2022. Her rapid rise to leadership reflects her resilience, excellence, and commitment to breaking barriers.

Amarachi is an award-winning advocate for diversity and inclusion, a STEM UK Ambassador, and a Core Leadership Member of the Black Women at Capgemini network. She speaks passionately about digital transformation, equity in tech, and empowering women to lead boldly and rewrite their narratives.
