Anita is Head of Investment Banking Finance, EMEA at Nomura, with more than 24 years of finance experience in investment banking. Her career spans US and Japanese investment banks, including 17 years at Nomura and 12 years in senior leadership. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Anita leads an international finance team and works closely with senior business leaders on financial performance, priorities and resource decisions. Alongside her professional responsibilities, Anita is committed to widening opportunity and developing talent. She mentors professionals at different stages of their careers, has led Nomura’s Black History Month programme and has volunteered with SEO London. A wife and mother of two, her experience combining a demanding career in investment banking with family life has shaped her perspective on leadership, priorities and building a sustainable long-term career.
