Ann-Marie is Co-CEO of Forbes Family Group, an ecosystem for ambitious founders, leaders and business owners. She leads on capital and connection, responsible for turning strategy into delivery across the group. She stepped into the Co-CEO role after three years as Chief of Staff to Dean Forbes, and she has since taken the FFG brand and its positioning to new heights, sharpening how the group shows up in the market and widening the calibre of people it reaches. At the centre of this, she has built and delivered FFG Connect, a curated space for founders and leaders intentional about their growth. Alongside FFG she is co-owner of Severan, a Board Member at Future Brand Thinking and a Committee Member at Soho House.
