Pipeline Staffing Manager, Boston Consulting Group

With just under 10 years in the technology sector, my career has been shaped by leadership, team development, and a commitment to inclusion. After an internship at Microsoft and time in the public sector, I joined Workday, where I spent eight years in resource management overseeing project allocations and driving operational excellence. I later moved into managing a team of resource managers, scaling the function to support Workday’s growth while building and nurturing a high‑performing team across the UK, Poland, Mexico and India.

Alongside my day‑to‑day work, I have been involved in initiatives that promote equity and belonging. In 2020, I became a founding member of the Black at Workday EMEA leadership team, helping to shape meaningful change through Black History Month celebrations and events across London and Europe. These initiatives created space for awareness, dialogue, and connection across the business.

Giving back has always been important to me. I previously volunteered with the Angel Tree programme, supporting children of parents in prison by providing gifts and messages of hope at Christmas. I currently volunteer with Smart Works, a UK charity that empowers unemployed women with professional clothing, coaching and interview preparation. This work aligns closely with my values of inclusion, empowerment and creating opportunities for others to flourish.

Having recently transitioned into a new chapter at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Pipeline Staffing Manager for the LAB region, I am excited to contribute to a company that values diversity, collaboration and human‑centred impact. This move also strengthens my ability to support and champion representation, while building new connections across the system and helping create environments where people feel seen, supported, and able to thrive.
