Annisha Taylor
Annisha is a pioneering culture and change strategist with over 15 years’ experience driving equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) across the public, private, and voluntary sectors. Currently Head of EDI at Ofcom, she has held influential roles at the BBC and John Lewis Partnership, shaping inclusive behaviours and systems within media, regulatory and retail landscapes.
Her work is rooted in collaboration, accountability and measurable impact, qualities that make her a discerning voice when assessing what works. Annisha is known for translating complex cultural challenges into actionable strategies that improve workplace wellbeing, belonging and performance, while holding initiatives to the highest standards of integrity and delivery.
Outside her professional roles, Annisha is a Fellow of the Institute for Equity University Centre and serves as a Trustee at The BRIT School. She is also a dedicated community leader and primary school governor, advocating for inclusive education, culture & business.
