Arsema is an experienced specialist tech recruiter and founder of an independent recruitment agency, hire|py. As a champion to see a more inclusive tech scene, this passion also led to Arsema launching the Black Recruiters Network; a global community of 3k+ Black professionals in recruitment, TA, and people teams, on a mission to challenge barriers and biases in recruitment while connecting Black talent to opportunities.
