Bessie McDonald-Phelps is a Senior Advisor in EY’s Early Careers team where she leads on Undergraduate and Graduate attraction efforts across the UK, driving inclusive outreach and engagement with early talent. She joined EY in 2022 as part of the Early Careers Operations team, focusing on Tax and Law. Prior to EY, Bessie held various recruitment roles within the legal market, gaining deep insight into competitive hiring landscapes and what it takes to stand out. Bessie aims to share practical advice and insider tips on navigating early careers recruitment processes and making a lasting impression.
