Brian is a TOGAF-certified Senior Business Architect and Business Analysis Practice Lead at PwC UK, with more than two decades of experience across technology, transformation and the Software Delivery Lifecycle. His leadership spans capability development, demand and resource management, recruitment, methods and standards, with a particular focus on positioning Business Analysts as strategic partners who connect business priorities with technology opportunities and measurable outcomes. Beyond technology, Brian is a passionate advocate for inclusion, representation and opportunity. As Chair of the PwC UK Black Network, he led a community of more than 1,200 members and developed programmes and partnerships with organisations including 1000BlackBoys, Motivez, 10,000 Black Interns and UKBlackTech. Brian also serves as a School Governor and supports mentoring and community initiatives.
