Chantelle is a community builder, educator and podcast host passionate about creating spaces where Black women feel seen, heard and supported. As co-host of the Black Women Working podcast, she has spent more than six years facilitating honest conversations about careers, wellbeing, identity and ambition, building a trusted platform that connects and empowers women across the UK and beyond. Alongside her work in media, Chantelle is Head of Content at FT FLIC, where she leads the development of award-winning financial literacy programmes reaching hundreds of schools nationwide. Drawing on twelve years of classroom experience, she specialises in creating educational content that equips young people with the knowledge, confidence and practical skills needed to thrive. Chantelle is also a school governor, foster carer, coach and author.
