Charlene is an Associate Director in Macquarie's Corporate Operations Group, with over two decades of experience leading multi-asset operations teams across EMEA and APAC. She designs resilient operating models, strengthens control environments, and delivers scalable automation supporting confirmations and settlements at scale and pace. Beyond her role, Charlene is a committed advocate for racial equity — serving on the City Black Employee Resource Groups Steerco and as a long-standing BEAM-EMEA ENG co-chair, advancing inclusion, talent pipelines, and inter-firm collaboration across the industry.
