Chelsea Maffia is a founder turned strategic advisor, with a track record of building and scaling ventures. She founded and successfully exited We Smile, a beauty industry SME focused on learning and development, and Founded Play Morgan Studios, an EdTech startup gamifying education - having raised funding for the business and partnered with major organisations, Chelsea exited the business in 2024. These ventures shaped her deep expertise in entrepreneurship, innovation, and growth strategy.

Today, she works as an advisor, serving SMEs in partnership with organisations—including JP Morgan, Innovate UK, and the West Midlands Combined Authority—helping businesses raise investment, scale effectively, and navigate complex growth challenges.
