Chen is a Partner in the banking and finance team, based in London. He has considerable experience advising a wide variety of borrower and lender clients on bilateral and syndicated real estate finance transactions. His practice covers all aspects of real estate finance, including investment and development deals across a variety of asset classes. Chen has experience working across a range of sectors including residential, office, retail, logistics, student accommodation, healthcare and mixed-use developments. His lender clients include Clearing Banks, Private Banks, Institutional Funders, Non-Bank Lenders, Challenger Banks and Family Offices. Whilst his roster of borrower clients includes a number of Property Investment Management Funds, Property Investment and/or Development Companies, High-Net Individuals and Family Offices.
