Chibesa is a Lab Product Owner at Lloyds, leading large-scale transformation programmes across Finance. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, she has built her career at the intersection of technology and finance, following a degree in Computer Science with a major in Finance. She often jokes that she chose the two disciplines most likely to argue with each other and has spent much of her career helping them work together. Throughout her career, Chibesa has led complex transformation initiatives, modernising platforms, simplifying processes and helping organisations harness technology to deliver better outcomes. During her MBA, Chibesa spent time in Silicon Valley learning from some of the world's leading technology companies and innovators. The experience deepened her appreciation for customer-centric innovation, bold thinking and the role technology plays in shaping the future of business.
