Dinma Aniugbo is the founder of Design Chics, a nonprofit that empowers African women in design; a Senior Product Designer at monday.com; and a career growth creator. She launched Design Chics in 2023, which has since supported 2,500+ women across 17 countries through mentorship programmes, scholarships, job placements, educational events, and career development initiatives. At monday.com, she designs enterprise solutions for some of the world’s largest organisations. Beyond her full-time role, she teaches over 53,000 professionals online how to build thriving global careers and transition into tech. In 2026, Dinma was named one of London’s 30 most exciting rising stars by Brummell Magazine and a winner of the WeAreTechWomen TechWomen100 Awards, recognising her impact and contributions to the technology industry.
