Chisola Chitambala is an entrepreneur and co-founder of CB Virtual Assistant, a business that predominantly helps entrepreneurs and SMEs streamline their operations through virtual support. She most recently rose to national recognition after reaching the final five on the 2025 edition of The Apprentice UK (Season 19), finishing 4th.

With a background as a paediatric nurse and an MBA to support her transition into entrepreneurship, Chisola’s journey is rooted in adaptability, purpose, and resilience. 

She has recently taken on the role of Deputy Head of Commercial Education and Events at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. She is the first-ever Ambassador for The Migraine Trust, using her platform to raise awareness and champion wellbeing. She is also a Patron of the National Diversity Awards.
