Chris is the Chief Operations Officer for Consumer Relationships at Lloyds, where he plays a pivotal role in driving forward the Consumer Relationship & Group Strategy. He returned to the UK after spending several years in the United States, where he served as the Chief Operating Officer for Barclays’ US Consumer Bank. Having also lived in Hong Kong and India through employment with HSBC, this significant international experience has equipped Chris with a unique perspective of global financial operations. Chris is a passionate advocate of diversity and inclusion and is dedicated to fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
