Colleen Williams is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Specialist at Phoenix Group, where she manages strategic initiatives to foster inclusive workplace cultures. Her work includes supporting and amplifying Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), empowering colleagues to build community and drive equity from within. She is recognised for her thoughtful, collaborative approach to driving meaningful change. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, exploring new dining experiences, and spending time with friends and family, activities that reflect her commitment to wellbeing and authentic connection in all areas of life.
