Collette Barton is Executive Director and Global Head of the Control Room, Global Research and Global Banking Technology and Process at UBS. She has transitioned from leading global governance and compliance oversight across the firm’s sales, trading and research operations, to spearheading innovation by harnessing automation and AI capabilities, shaping best in class processes that strengthen governance and operational excellence across the Investment Bank. 

Her journey began in law before moving into investment banking, where she discovered her passion and niche in managing high-stakes compliance matters.
