Daniel has 25 years’ experience in the employment sector, developing skills within agency environments and the last 6 years in-house at WWT.

He has built successful recruitment teams from the ground up, across Permanent and Contract solutions within the international marketplace, covering Europe, Middle East, and APAC (India, Singapore, Australia, and Japan).

This has given Daniel an appreciation for different cultures, local legalities and approaches when recruiting, as well as ensuring a positive experience for candidates that require a “human” approach to managing them through the process. 

Daniel’s leadership style is very much about building real relationships through honesty, empowerment, and humility. Trust being the key core value Daniel strives to create in all relationships he develops.
