Dedun Oyenuga is a UX Consultant at Microsoft, where she designs AI-powered products and digital experiences for global organisations. She is passionate about technology, leadership and representation, she founded BEAM (Black Employees @ Microsoft) UK, growing it into a thriving community focused on career development, inclusion and belonging. In 2025, Dedun was inducted into Microsoft’s Gold Club, recognising the top 2% of employees globally, and in 2026 was named Employee of the Year at the Black Tech Achievement Awards. She regularly speaks on AI, innovation, leadership, personal branding and building impactful communities.
